UPSL side Sporting AZ, based in Chandler, announced its 2018 schedule on Thursday.
The club will play six home games at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, with the home opener coming Apr. 21 against Las Vegas FC at 7 p.m.
Sporting AZ begins the season on the road with a pair of games Apr. 7 at Southwest FC in El Paso, Texas, and Apr. 14 at Summerlin Red Rocks FC in Summerlin, Nev.
An additional road match against Arizona Scorpions will be announced at a later date.
The USPL playoffs will be held July 7-21.
Ticket packages will be announced at a later date.
Sporting AZ claimed the Arizona Conference title in 2017. This year, a new Southwest Conference will be contested by seven clubs across the metro areas of Phoenix and Las Vegas, as well as Las Cruces, NM, and El Paso, TX. The Arizona Scorpions and MSC United are also teams located in Arizona. MSC United will host Arizona Scorpions in the first week of the season this Saturday at Red Mountain High School at 7 p.m.
