The program, which will include bars like Boondocks and Pub Rock in Scottsdale, as well as Puro Cigar Bar and Brass Tap location in Mesa Riverview and Downtown Gilbert, will pick up at times which vary based on kickoff time.  See the PRFC website for specific departure and return times.

The team believes that the bar affinity program will help build the Phoenix Rising brand throughout the valley.  Sam Doerr, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, told Firebird Soccer the program will “give our fans and supporters multiple bars to go to where they [know] they could see Phoenix Rising prominently displayed and showed on television.”  Additionally, the transportation program gives fans a safe way to tailgate before a home game, and get closer to home after the conclusion of the match.

Bars do not pay a fee to be part of the affinity program, but they do have to buy season tickets to Rising FC.  Owners can use the tickets as giveaways or as employee incentives.  If your favorite bar is interested in the program, Doerr says the more the merrier.  “We are looking to expand … be sure to let us know so we can work on getting them a part of it.”  As an added benefit,  team sponsored watch parties, previously hosted exclusively at the Thirsty Lion Tempe, will be rotating between bars participating in the program.
