Manchester United has announced its 2018 pre-season tour will include a visit to University of Phoenix Stadium.*

Jose Mourinho’s squad will face off against LaLigaMX side Club America on Thursday July 19 with a 7 PM start (local time).

MUFC has found great success in its five American tours since 2010, giving the opportunity for 1.3 million supporters the opportunity to see the top English Premier League team in person.

Team Executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward, said in a press release “The club, manager and team always receive a great welcome when visiting America, with our millions of US fans always keen to get closer to Manchester United.”

MUFC broke an American attendance record in 2014, when over 109,000 fans saw the Red Devils take on Real Madrid in the Big House in Ann Arbor.

The team features well-known international stars of the game, David De Ga, Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanches, Juan Mata, Roman Lukaku, Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, and Marcus Rashford.
